摘　　要：江苏民办高等教育经过20多年的发展,已成为江苏高等教育的重要组成部分,但在实际发展过程中面临着许多困境,诸如生源、经费、场地、产权风险、师资等问题,这些困境的解决,一方面需要民办高校自身的努力,另一方面更需要外部完善的政策支持,如在监管、经费支持、师资队伍保障、生源支持以及推动联合办学,建立退出机制等方面进行研究制定和完善相关政策措施,以实现江苏民办高等教育更好更快的发展。After more than 20 years of development, the private higher education has become an important part of higher education in Jiangsu, but in the actual process of development it is faced with many difficulties, such as students, funding, venues, property rights risks, teachers and other issues. To solve these difficulties, on the one hand, it needs the efforts of private colleges and universities, on the other hand, it needs more external sound policy supports, such as developing and improving relevant policies and measures in the aspects of supervision, financial support, teacher support, student support and promotion of joint education, the establishment of exit mechanism and so on, so as to achieve better and faster development of private higher education in Jiangsu.
