摘　　要：在棚户区改造过程中,引入PPP模式能有效解决当前棚户区改造项目的融资约束。本文探讨了PPP项目融资模式在棚户区改造建设中的必要性和可行性,并初步设计棚户区改造项目PPP模式运作流程,针对性地提出发展棚户区改造项目PPP模式的政策建议。The application of PPP model can effectively solve the current financial constraints in shantytowns transform project. This paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of the PPP Project Financing in the transform of shantytowns, and preliminary designs the PPP mode operation process in shantytowns transform, and puts forward the policy recommendations for the development of shantytowns transform project PPP mode.
