高校图书馆大流通模式下书库乱架问题探讨

摘　　要：当前高校图书馆流通书库普遍实行藏、借、阅一体化开放式借阅,极大地方便了读者,充分体现了高校图书馆人性化的管理。但开架借阅的同时也带来了一些问题,尤其是所产生的书库乱架现象,对读者的有效借阅和图书馆的正常管理秩序带来了很大的影响。本文针对这个问题进行了细致分析,提出了解决这一问题的方法和措施。The current university library circulation stacks the open lending and reading of collecting, lending and reading. It greatly facilitates the readers, fully embodies the university library＇s humanistic management. But at the same time, the open-shelf books lending and reading also brings some problems, especially the stack books mess generated and it also brings great influence on the normal management order for the reader＇s effective lending and library. This paper has carried out the detailed analysis to this problem, puts forward the methods and measures to solve this problem.
