摘 要:针对传统PBL教学模式存在的问题,从PBL问题式教学的定义和构成要素入手,提出一种基于PBL联合情境模拟的教学模式。为探索PBL联合情境模拟教学模式在医学教学中的应用价值,同时实验对比方法,将PBL联合情境模拟、单纯PBL模式分别应用到临床护理实验教学中,同时制定详细的护理试验教学实践步骤。最后通过CTDI-CV测量表和问卷调查对实践教学效果进行统计。结果表明PBL联合情境模拟教学模式对培养护理专业学生分析、解决问题,以及批判思维方面都有积极作用,验证了PBL联合情境模拟模式在医学教学课堂中的应用价值。Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional PBL teaching mode, a teaching mode based on PBL combined with situational simulation was put forward, which is based on the definition and components of PBL. In order to explore the application value of PBL in the medical teaching, it will be applied to the clinical nursing experiment teaching, and make a detailed clinical trial teaching practice plan. Finally, through the CTDI-CV measurement table to compare the effect before and after the teaching practice, the results show that PBL combined with scenario simulation teaching mode to cultivate nursing students' analysis, problem solving, and critical thinking plays an important role, which proves the application value of PBL combined with scenario simulation model in medical teaching in the classroom.
