芪参益气滴丸对慢性心力衰竭病人心率变异性及心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察芪参益气滴丸对慢性心力衰竭病人心率变异性(HRV)及心功能的影响。方法选取102例除心脏瓣膜病以外的慢性力衰竭病人,随机分为单纯西药治疗的对照组(50例)和西药+芪参益气滴丸治疗的观察组(52例),两组病人均坚持规范化服药治疗并随访观察6个月以上,观察两组病人治疗前后HRV指标、左室射血分数(LVEF)、血液B型利钠肽原(NT-pro BNP)浓度及6 min步行距离情况。结果两组病人经治疗后HRV各时域指标及LVEF、6 min步行距离均较治疗前提高,血NT-proBNP浓度较前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);且与对照组相比观察组更为显著,除LVEF外差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芪参益气滴丸治疗慢性心力衰竭有助于进一步提高病人HRV和改善心功能。Objective To investigate the effects of Qishen Yiqi dropping pill（ QYDP） on heart rate variability（ HRV） and cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure（ CHF）. Methods One hundred and two patients with CHF excepting valvular heart disease were randomly divided into two groups： control group（n = 50） treated with routine treatment,and treatment group（n = 52） treated with routine treatment plus QYDP for 6 months. HRV and left ventricular ejection fraction（ LVEF） were respectively measured with dynamic electrocardiogram and echocardiography. The concentration of blood N-terminal-pro-B-type natriuretic peptide（ NT-pro-BNP） and the distance of walking in 6 minutes were also respectively measured. Results After treatment,HRV and LVEF and the distance of walking in 6 minutes were improved and the concentration of NT-pro BNP in blood were lowered in two groups,which was better in treatment group than that in control group（P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. Conclusion QYDP can improve HRV and heart function in patients with CHF.
