数字媒体编辑工作特点及其人才培养探析

摘　　要：数字媒体具有不同于传统媒体的诸多特点和优势,是当今社会的主流媒体。本文着重分析数字媒体编辑工作的四个重要特点后,阐述了数字媒体编辑人才培养的三方面思路和要求。Digital media has many characteristics and advantages, which are different from the traditional media, and are the mainstream media in today’s society. This paper focuses on the analysis of the four important characteristics of the digital media editing work, expounds the three aspects of thinking and requirements of digital media editing personnel training.
