摘 要:我国的采煤机经过多年快速发展,基本上实现了标准化、系列化和通用化,解决了中厚和厚煤层的开采问题。但对于极薄煤层及一些夹矸煤层的开采,由于工作空间狭小,要求开采设备外形尺寸较小,且性能必须可靠、适应性强,造成机械化开采十分困难。通过对爬底板采煤机在缓倾斜极薄煤层保护层工作面开采中应用的研究,特别是对采煤机在牵引链锚固、防滑、电缆收放等方面存在的问题和采取的技改革新及措施进行了论述,从而为缓倾斜极薄煤层保护层的机采工艺开采奠定了基础。China's coal mining machine in recent years rapid development, to solve the problem of medium thick and thick coal seam mining, but for thin coal seam and some coal-bed gangue, it is required that the mining equipment has smaller size, and the performance must be reliable, mining mechanization is very difficult.
