摘 要:为研究洋水仙对高温的响应机制,筛选出能反映洋水仙耐热性差异的生理指标及耐热性强的种质,本试验测定了10个水仙品种在37℃高温胁迫下叶片的解剖结构、细胞膜透性、Pro含量和MDA含量.结果表明:热胁迫时间越长,水仙叶片质膜相对透性、Pro含量和MDA含量越大;各个指标皆表明Narcissus‘Tahiti’和Narcissus‘Mount Hood’2个洋水仙品种耐热性较高,二者差异显著.因此叶片气孔密度、栅栏组织/海绵组织厚度的比值、相对膜透性、Pro含量和MDA含量均能作为洋水仙耐热性鉴定的间接指标.To study the response mechanism of Narcissus to high temperature, and select some Physiological indexes which can reflect the different system of heat-resistance for the Narcissus and higher heat resistance germplasm, leaf anatomical structure, membrane permeability, Pro content and MDA content were measured of 10 varieties of Narcissus in 37℃ high temperature stress. The result showed that: Leaf stomata density, the ratio of palisade tissue/spongy tissue thickness, leaf relative membrane permeability, Pro content and MDA content were increased under heat stress as time proceeded. All indicators show that Narcissus ‘Tahiti’ and Narcissus ‘MountHood’ were higher heat resistance, and significant differences were found between the two indicators. Therefore, Leaf stomata density, the ratio of palisade tissue/spongy tissue thickness, leaf relative membrane permeability, Pro content and MDA content show some variation rule, so they can be used as physiological indices for identification of heat tolerance in Narcissus.
