摘　　要：生物技术的发展,使得越来越多的高新技术和方法运用于运动免疫的研究中.运用文献资料法,对细胞免疫、免疫分子的检测手段和方法进行了深入的探讨和研究,对不同的检测方法进行比较和分析,为运动免疫的研究提供方法学上的依据,并为通过更有效的研究方法来判断和辨别运动性免疫抑制的现象和机制提供参考.With the development of biotechnology, an increasing number of high technologies and methods had been used in research on sports immunology. By using literature method, it was discussed in detail on detec-tion methods of cellular immunology and immune molecules, compared and analyzed different detection meth-ods, provided methodology basis for sports immunology, and made reference for determining and identifying phenomena and mechanisms of sports immunosuppression through more effective research methods.
