摘　　要：介绍了陆海地理信息数据融合的重要性,分析了天津市陆海地理信息要素分类分级体系的差异、编码方式的差异以及产生这些语义差异的原因,通过要素分类映射的方法建立地形图和电子海图要素类别之间的对应关系,形成天津市陆海地理信息数据统一的分类分级体系,并统一要素编码,实现天津市陆海地理信息数据的语义融合。Land-Sea geographic information data fusion is important. Analysis the differences in Tianjin land and sea elements of geographic information classification and grading system, coding and causes of these semantic differences, through the mapping element classification method establish topographic maps and electronic chart elements between the categories of the relationship,the formation of Tianjin Land-Sea geographic information data unification of classification and grading system,and unifying element code,the realization of semantic fusion of Land-Sea geographic information data of Tianjin city.
