变电运检一体运作模式研究与探索

摘　　要：结合500 kV变电站实际,根据人员现状及运维、检修工作和运维一体化开展情况,进行综合分析,提出变电运检一体化方案,分析了实施运检一体面临的困难,对变电运检一体运作模式的管理和发展提出了措施,肯定了运检一体在人员效率、人力资源及设备管理等方面的效益。Based on the practical situation of 500 kV substation, the paper presents an integrated scheme of substation operation and maintenance by comprehensively analyzing the personnel situation, operation, maintenance and the integrated operation and maintenance mode; besides, it analyzes the difficulties in operation and maintenance integration and puts forward measures for the management and development of the integrated mode of substation operation and maintenance. At last, the paper affirms the benefits of operation and maintenance integration in personnel efficiency, human resources and equipment management.
