摘  要:针对非金属光缆加强芯的RFP材料的特性,设计了一种新的楔形锚固夹具,通过对这种新夹具的受力分析,得到了楔形角、楔块长度、加强芯抗剪强度、加强芯直径、预应力、材料间摩擦系数等因素之间的关系,确定了非金属光缆加强芯夹具的基本结构。设计的非金属加强芯夹具可应用于金属光缆、非金属光缆在各种场合的接续和端部固定,对提高光缆运行可靠性有较大的帮助。According to the characteristics of the RFP material of the reinforced core of the non-metal optic cable, a new kind of wedge anchor clamp is designed. Through stress analysis of the new clamp, the relationship among many factors is obtained, including the wedge angle, length of the wedge block, shear strength of the reinforced core, diameter of the core, prestressing force, friction coefficient between materials, and the basic structure of the wedge anchor clamp for non-metal optical cable reinforced core is determined. The reinforced core clamp can be used for connection and termination fixation of metal cables and non-metal cables in various applications, which can improve operation reliability of optical cables.
