摘　　要：分析了山钢集团莱芜分公司中厚板生产中未切边下线问题钢板产生的原因,并通过优化板型控制、钢板切边余量、切头剪粗分原则,减少了中厚板未切边下线问题钢板数量,解决了中间库问题钢板积压难题,降低了钢板倒垛消耗,有效提高了4 300 mm宽厚板生产线紧急合同兑现能力。The paper analyzes the causes of of f - line steel plate without side trimming during production in Shangang Group Laiwu Company. By optimizing plate profile control, plate side trimming allowance and rough cutting pr inciple of crop shear,the quantity of off-line plate without side trimming is reduced,thus resolving the overstocking problem in transfer warehouse, lowering the repile consumption of steel plate, improving the accomplishment capability of 4 300 mm steel plate production line for urgent order.
