摘  要:探究小鼠呼吸产生二氧化碳(CO_2)分压与呼吸阻抗的关系。首先设计一种能耦合到小动物肺功能仪上的小型气体CO_2浓度检测装置,并对其检测准确性进行了标定。随后将小鼠麻醉插管后进行机械通气,并致其吸入不同剂量的雾化乙酰胆碱,诱发气道产生不同程度的收缩。通过肺功能仪和耦合其上的CO_2检测装置同时测量小鼠气道阻抗和呼气末CO_2浓度并观察其变化。结果显示,随着乙酰胆碱浓度的增加,呼吸阻抗不断增加,同时呼气末CO_2浓度也相应增加,且呼吸阻抗与CO_2浓度增加的趋势具有正相关性。这些实验结果提示,本研究设计的检测装置能有效地测量小鼠呼气末CO_2浓度,并且测量所得的CO_2浓度变化与气道阻抗变化呈正相关性,间接地反映了气道收缩程度的变化,为后续进一步开发通过CO_2检测对哮喘、慢性梗阻性肺病(COPD)患者等的肺功能(如气道高反应性等)进行快速、方便和经济的监控与评估的临床诊断方法和技术提供了重要的参考价值。To investigate the relevance between end-tidal carbon dioxide partial pressure( P_(et)CO_2) and airway resistance( Rrs)during the respiratory process of the mice. First,we designed a miniaturized device to monitor the P_(et)CO_2 and assessed its detection accuracy,which could be coupled to the animal pulmonary function instrument. After the mouse was being ventilated continuously after general anesthesia and intubation,the different constrictions of airway were induced by atomized methacholine( Mch) of different concentrations. The P_(et)CO_2 and Rrs were monitored by our new designed device and pulmonary function instrument,respectively. The results showed that the measured values of the P_(et)CO_2 and Rrs were increased correspondingly with the rising concentration of Mch,which indicated a positive correlation between P_(et)CO_2 and Rrs. The results indicated that the new device could measure the P_(et)CO_2 accurately and could reflect the changes of Rrs indirectly. These provide references to exploit new rapid,convenient and economical techniques for diagnosing and monitoring of respiratory disease such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD),by measuring P_(et)CO_2.
