摘 要:针对碳酸盐岩地层在常规近平衡钻井过程中易喷、易漏等问题,分析了近平衡钻井井底压力控制中存在的问题,井深的增加使附加压力、循环压耗增加,井底过大的正压差难以满足近平衡钻井要求;根据精细控压钻井压力控制特点,采用随钻测量工具辅助压力控制方法和以流量为目标的压力控制方法来实现井底压力近平衡钻井,并进行了现场应用。研究表明,精细控压钻井方法能够实现近平衡钻井,该技术对近平衡钻井理论和实践的发展具有重要意义。Conventional near-balance drilling of carbonate formation frequently encounters well blowout,circulation loss and other problems and the problems of bottom-hole pressure management in near-balance drilling are analyzed. The additional pressure and circulating pressure loss increase with the increase of well depth and the positive bottom-hole pressure difference is too large to realize near-balance drilling. According to the pressure management pattern of managed pressure drilling,near-balance drilling is achieved by MWD assisted pressure management and pressure management with flow rate limit,which are applied in the field. Research shows that near- balance drilling can be realized by fine managed pressure drilling,which could provide significant guidance for near-balance drilling theory and practice.
