细胞角蛋白18与临床相关疾病的研究

摘　　要：细胞角蛋白(Cytokeratin,CK)是细胞骨架的中间丝蛋白家族中最大、最复杂的亚类,CK18属于其中一员,主要包括M30和M65两个片段。血浆中的M 65片段可反映细胞坏死后释放入血的CK18的总量,而M30片段则成为临床上细胞凋亡的标志物之一。近年来随着研究的不断扩展深入,CK18不仅在多个系统的肿瘤的诊断以及转移、复发、预后均有意义,而且在肝脏疾病以及重症感染等领域的作用越发被认识以及重视,本文就其在这些领域的研究进展作一综述。Cytokeratin, CK is the largest and most complex subclass in the intermediate filament protein family. CK18 belongs to one of them and mainly includes two fragments： M30 and M65. M65 in plasma can reflect the total amount of CK18 released into the blood after necrosis, while M30 is one of the apoptosis markers. Recently with the continuously deep and expansive research, CK18 is not only of significance for tumor diagnosis, metastasis, recurrence and prognosis in many systems, but also plays a role in the fields of liver diseases and severe infection which is recognized and increasingly valued. This article reviewed the research progresses in these fields.
