曲普瑞林、亮丙瑞林治疗子宫肌瘤临床疗效对比研究

摘　　要：目的评价曲普瑞林和亮丙瑞林治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效及安全性。方法病例选取2013-03~2014-05在榆林市第一医院妇科门诊诊治的79例子宫肌瘤患者,随机分为两组,对照组采用曲普瑞林,治疗组采用亮丙瑞林,连续用药3个月经周期后比较两组患者的临床疗效以及雌二醇、卵泡刺激素、孕酮、黄体生成激素的水平。结果经过3个月经周期的治疗后,两组患者的子宫体积及肌瘤体积较治疗前明显缩小,治疗前后差异具有统计学意义（均P〈0.01）,血清E2、FSH、HCG、LH的表达较治疗前显著降低,治疗前后差异具有统计学意义（均P〈0.01）。与对照组比较,治疗组肌瘤体积及E2、HCG的水平变化有统计学意义（均P〈0.01）。结论曲普瑞林和亮丙瑞林对子宫肌瘤具有较好的治疗效果,亮丙瑞林降低血清E2、HCG的作用更为显著。Objective To evaluation the clinical effect and the level of E2 and HCG of triptorelin and leuprorelin in the treatment of hysteromyoma. Methods Totally 79 patients of hysteromyoma from Mar 2013 to May 2014 in gynecological clinic of our hospital were selected to randomly assign into the treatment group and the control group. The control group treated with triptorelin,and the treatment group treated with leuprorelin. After 3 menstrual cycle treatment,the curative effect and the level of E2,FSH,HCG and LH were evaluated. Results After 3 menstrual cycle treatment,the volume of uterus and tumor in two groups were significantly smaller than pre- treatment（ each P〈0.01）,and the level of E2,FSH,HCG and LH were significantly decreased（ each,P〈0. 01）. Compared with the control group,the volume of tumor and the level of E2 and HCG in treatment group was diminished significantly（ each,P〈0. 01）. Conclusion There has a good effect on the treatment of hysteromyoma with triptorelin and leuprorelin and leuprorelin had superior role of decreasing E2 and HCG.
