摘　　要：从球冠形封头隔板功能和相关规范标准等方面对先拼板后成形的球冠形封头无损检测的必要性进行了分析,进一步解读了规范标准对封头拼板接头的无损检测要求,认为先拼板后成形的球冠形封头也应进行无损检测。建议设计应切实履行职责,完整准确提出符合安全经济合理的无损检测要求;制造工艺也应加强质量计划中的设计文件审查控制,对设计文件中的不符合及时向设计单位提出质疑,避免设计的非标行为继续在制造中产生风险隐患,保证压力容器的本质安全。From the function and relevant specifications and standards of spherical head plate, this paper analyzes the necessity of nondestructive testing for spherical head formed after jointing the plate, interpretates the nondestructive testing requirment of code and standard for head joint, and considers that the spherical head formed after jointing the plate should take nondestructive testing. It is suggested that the design should fulfill the duty, proposes reasonable nondestructive testing requirment suitable for safety and economy completely and accurately. Also, the design document review and control in quality plan should be strengthened for manufacturing process, inconformity of design document should be queried to design unit, to avoid potential risks in manufacturing by non-standard behaviors of design, and ensure the essential safety of pressure vessel.
