腹腔镜技术治疗腹部闭合伤小肠破裂诊治分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜技术治疗腹部闭合伤小肠破裂患者的临床应用价值。方法 58例腹部闭合伤小肠破裂患者,均实施腹腔镜技术进行治疗,观察治疗效果。结果 58例均获明确诊断,56例腹腔镜手术成功,2例中转开腹手术。所有患者均痊愈出院。结论腹腔镜技术治疗腹部闭合伤小肠破裂具有创伤小、疼痛轻、安全可靠、诊断率高、住院时间短等优点,值得推广。Objective To investigate clinical application value by laparoscopy in the treatment of abdominal closed injury and small intestine rupture. Methods A total of 58 patients with small intestine rupture received laparoscopic treatment, and their curative effects were observed. Results All the 58 cases had confirmed diagnosis. Among them, there were 56 cases with successful laparoscopic surgery and 2 cases with transferred laparotomy. All patients were healed and discharged. Conclusion Laparoscopy in treating abdominal closed injury and small intestine rupture shows advantages of small trauma, slight pain, creditable safety, high diagnosis rate and short hospital stay time. This method is worth promoting.
