摘 要:自国际油价大幅度下跌以来,北美地区的页岩油气生产在降本增效方面采取了一系列有效的技术手段和方法,无论是压裂设计、钻完井设计,还是现场施工和作业管理等都有新突破。主要体现在:实施老井重复压裂,增加压裂段数并加大支撑剂量;加大水平井段长度,单井场多产层,应用水循环系统降低用水成本;减少非作业时间,压缩材料成本;对材料、管理、设计进行综合优化。学习借鉴北美地区的做法和经验,中国油气田降低成本必须应用多种手段对钻完井设计、井场设计、生产组织、工艺技术、现场管理等进行系统优化,对关键技术进行优化组合。A series of effective technical methods for decreasing cost and increasing benefit have been facilitated since the international oil prices fell sharply. Not only fracturing design, drilling and completion design but also site operation, production and operations management had new breakthroughs, which reflected at implementing re-fracturing in old well, increasing fracturing segments and doses for supporting; lengthening segment length of horizontal well, developing multiple oil layers in the single well site, using the water cycle system to reduce the water cost; reducing non-operation time, compressing the cost of materials; comprehensively optimizing materials, management and design. China's oil and gas fields should systematically optimize drilling and completion design, well sites design, production organization, processing and technology and optimize the combination of the key technologies by referring the practice and experience form North America in order to reduce the cost.
