摘 要:目的观察醒脑窍法联合醒脑静注射液对脑缺血再灌注大鼠血清及脑组织一氧化氮、氧化应激产物及肿瘤坏死因子-α水平的影响。方法 50只Wistar大鼠随机分为模型组、实验1组、实验2组、联合组及空白组,每组10只。空白组不实施任何措施,其他各组进行脑缺血再灌注模型制作。实验1组、联合组手术前7 d腹腔注射醒脑注射液20 m L·kg^(-1)·d^(-1),连续7 d;再灌注3 d后,实验2组、联合组取双侧曲池、足三里进行针刺治疗,每隔1 d进行电针治疗,连续12d。比较各组大鼠血清及脑组织的一氧化氮(NO)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、氧化低密度脂蛋白(OX-LDL)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)水平。结果干预后,实验1组血清NO为(42.28±3.21)μmol·L^(-1),NOS为(10.81±2.33)U·mg-1,OX-LDL为(23.84±2.46)ng·L^(-1),IL-1β为(6.80±0.71)ng·L^(-1),TNF-α为(6.27±0.68)ng·L^(-1),VEGF为(126.04±12.64)ng·L^(-1),MMP-9为(46.57±4.67)μg·L^(-1),TC为(6.58±0.67)mmol·L^(-1),LDL-C为(4.74±0.48)mmol·L^(-1);实验2组血清NO为(41.01±3.30)μmol·L^(-1),NOS为(10.31±2.24)U·mg-1,OX-LDL为(22.98±2.37)ng·L^(-1),IL-1β为(6.79±0.69)ng·L^(-1),TNF-α为(6.63±0.67)ng·L^(-1),VEGF为(125.73±12.58)ng·L^(-1),MMP-9为(46.83±4.73)μg·L^(-1),TC为(6.54±0.66)mmol·L^(-1),LDL-C为(4.83±0.48)mmol·L^(-1),联合组血清NO为(30.24±2.61)μmol·L^(-1),NOS为(6.24±0.72)IU·mg-1,OX-LDL为(12.52±1.35)ng·L^(-1);IL-1β为(4.79±0.52)ng·L^(-1),TNF-α为(5.79±0.78)ng·L^(-1),VEGF为(106.63±11.77)ng·L^(-1),MMP-9为(36.84±3.69)μg·L^(-1),TC为(4.32±0.44)mmol·L^(-1),LDL-C为(2.73±0.31)mmol·L^(-1)。实验1组脑组织NO为(55.25±4.61)μmol·L^(-1),NOS为(31.61±4.11)U·mg-1,OX-LDL为(28.03±3.02)ng·L^(-1),IL-1β为(5.15±0.52)ng·L^(-1),TNF-α为(7.84±0.89)ng·L^(-1),VEGF为(120.63±12.05)ng·L^(-1),MMP-9为(43.85±4.47)μg·L^(-1),TC为(5.28±0.53)mmol·L^(-1),LDL-C为(5.47±0.65)mmol·L^(-1);实验2组脑组织�Objective To investigate the effect of brain-activating and orifice-opening acupuncture combined with Xingnaojing injection on nitric oxide,oxidative stress products and tumor necrosis factor-α in in serum and brain tissue of rats with global cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.Methods Fifty Wistar rats were randomly divided into model group,experimental 1 group,experimental 2 group,combined group and blank group,each group 10 rats.Rats in blank group didn't receive any measures,cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury model was establishment for other groups.Experimental 1 group and combination group were intraperitoneally injected the Xingnaojing injection 20 mL ·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)for 7 d before operation,experimental 2 group and combined group received bilateral Quchi and Zusanli acupuncture treatment,electroacupuncture treatment was carried out every 1 days for 12 d.Oxidized low density lipoprotein(OX-LDL),nitric oxide(NO),nitric oxide synthase(NOS),interleukin 1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) in serum and brain were compared.Results After intervention,the serum NO in experimental 1 group,experimental 2group and combined group were(42.28 ± 3.21),(41.01 ± 3.30),(30.24 ± 2.61) μmol · L-1;NOS were(10.81 ± 2.33),(10.31 ± 2.24),(6.24 ± 0.72) U·mg-1,OX-LDL were(23.84 ± 2.46),(22.98 ± 2.37),(12.52 ± 1.35) ng·L^(-1),IL-1β were(6.80 ± 0.71),(6.79 ± 0.69),(4.79 ± 0.52) ng·L^(-1),TNF-α were(6.27 ± 0.68),(6.63 ± 0.67),(5.79 ± 0.78) ng·L^(-1),VEGF were(126.04 ± 12.64),(125.73 ± 12.58),(106.63 ± 11.77) ng·L^(-1),MMP-9 were(46.57 ± 4.67),(46.83 ± 4.73),(36.84 ± 3.69) μg·L^(-1),TC were(6.58 ± 0.67),(6.54 ± 0.66),(4.32 ± 0.44) mmol·L^(-1),LDL-C were(4.74 ± 0.48),(4.83 ± 0.48),(2.73 ± 0.31) mmol·L^(-1).After intervention,the bra
