摘　　要：优化高等教育结构是推进高等教育供给侧改革的战略导向,提高其适应性是推动国家"双一流"战略的发展动力。高等教育强国建设既需要根据区域资源条件改进高等教育发展的有效供给,也需要优化高等教育要素系统满足经济社会对人力资源和科技成果的有效需求。本文分析了大陆31个省区高等教育发展条件系统与要素系统的内部结构及其类型特征,研究以省域高等教育要素发展水平指标与高等教育支撑条件水平指标的拟合指数反映各省区高等教育结构适应性评价指数。研究显示,在省域尺度上,这一拟合指数存在明显差异,需要在高等教育结构、经济发展结构和社会分层结合三者之间有机协同互动。The higher education structure optimization is the strategic guidance of promoting the supply reform of higher education, and improving its adaptability is the development power of promoting the Chinese ＇Double World-Class Level＇strategy. The world-class level higher education construction needs to reform the effective supply of higher education development which should be based on the regional resource, and optimizing the higher education essential system can satisfy the effective need of social economy on human resource as well as scientific results. Though the empirical analysis on the structure relation and different type of the 31 provincial higher education developing condition system as well as element system, the paper evaluates the adaptability of the provincial higher education structure appropriately to propose practical recommendations of the regional orientation of provincial higher education structural optimization policy on integrity, difference and element relevance.
