摘　　要：大学生网络群体性事件时有发生,已经成为高校关注的一个热点问题。文章首先从"主体、客体、过程、环境、结果"的维度分析了大学生网络集群行为的特点,再结合当前高校大学生网络群体性事件预防机制的现状,提出了"巧管理"的理念,并以预防机制的"公共产品"的搭建为具体的实施路径,说明了新理念在预防大学生网络群体性事件中的优势所在。Group internet incidents involved college students happen occasionally and it is a hot issue for colleges and universities. The characteristics of these incidents are analyzed from the dimension of ＂subject,object,process,environment,result＂. Considering the current situation of the prevention system,the theory of ＂skillful management＂is proposed with the application means of ＂public products＂. All these show the advantage of the new ideas in preventing the group internet incidents involved college students.
