摘　　要：国家公园对生态文明、环境保护等具有重要价值,建立国家公园体制、实施主体功能区制度在中国国家层面得到重视。本文运用CVM法测算三峡国家公园利益相关者对公园开发后的保护和门票的支付意愿(WTP值),研究显示:两个支付意愿值的排序结果都是游客最高,政府和企业居中,居民最低;在此基础上,分析探讨国家公园的开发导向、管理模式、建设投资和门票经济。National Park has important value for ecological civilization and environmental protection. Establishment of a national park system and implementation of the main functional areas of the system have been paid attention to by countries and local governments in China. CVM is used to assess the WTP value and protection of Three Gorges National Park after being exploited in this paper. Research shows that the two willingness to pay ranking（ from high to low） is tourists,government and business,residents. On this basis,the paper discusses the development orientation,management mode,construction investment and entrance ticket economy of national park.
