摘  要:采用HPLC法对薜荔不同部位中的芦丁和绿原酸含量进行了测定。方法采用Inert Sustain C18色谱柱,乙腈-0.2%磷酸水溶液作为流动相,对薜荔叶、薜荔壳和薜荔籽中的芦丁和绿原酸含量进行了测定比较。结果表明:芦丁和绿原酸在25~200μg/m L范围内的浓度与峰面积均呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为101.4%和99.2%;薜荔不同部位中绿原酸的含量顺序为:薜荔叶>薜荔壳>薜荔籽;薜荔叶中芦丁含量远远大于薜荔壳和薜荔籽。本方法简单、快速、准确,重复性好,可以明确了解薜荔中不同药用部位绿原酸及芦丁的含量差异,这将为薜荔的进一步开发利用提供理论依据。An HPLC method was developed for the determination of the contents of rutin and chlorogenic acid in different parts of Ficus pumila L. An InertSustain Clscolumn was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.2% aqueous phosphoric acid. The contents of turin and chlorogenic acid in leaf, shell and seed were compared. The results showed that concentrations of rutin and chlorogenic acid in the range of 25 ~ 200p^g/mL had a good linear relationship with peak area, the average recovery were 101.4% and 99.2% for rutin and chlorogenic acid respectively; the content sequence of chlorogenic acid in different parts of Ficus pumila L. is as follows : leaf 〉 shell 〉 seed ; the rutin content in leaf is far greater than in shell and seed. the method is simple, rapid, accurate, reproducible and can be used to clearly understand the content differences of chlorogenic acid and rutin in different parts of Ficus pumila L. , which will provide a theoretical basis for the further and rational development and utilization of Ficus pumila L.
