摘　　要：华重楼为我国一味珍贵的民族药,本文以华重楼根茎为材料开展其无性繁殖试验,研究植物生长调节剂6-BA不同浓度对其潜伏芽萌发、生长的影响。试验结果显示5mg/L的6-BA可促进华重楼切段的繁殖系数,提高其双芽率、多芽率及有根率。Paris polyphylla Smith vat. chinensis Hara is a rare ethnodrug. An experiment of asexual propagation ,based on rhizome of Paris polyphyUa Smith var. chinensis Hara were arranged in order to study the effects of concentrations of plant growth regulator 6 - BA on bud germination rate and growth. The results showed that 5 mg/L 6 - BA can promote the propagation coefficient of Paris poly phylla Smith var. chinensis, it also can increase the double buds rate, multiple buds rate and root rate.
