摘 要:通过对比哈萨克斯坦СНРК2.04-29-2005《建筑物及其设施雷击防护设备说明》与中国GB50057-2010《建筑物防雷设计规范》,得出了两国设计规范在指导思想、建筑物防雷要求分类、雷电防护措施及材质等方面的差异。在指导思想方面,哈国规范以传统IEC 61024-1993《建筑物防雷》和法国NFC17-1995《建筑物防雷》为基础编制,中国规范则以IEC 62305-2010《雷电防护》为基础编制。在建筑物防雷要求分类方面,两国的确定方法基本相同,但是在取值计算方面,中国规范的数值较为严格。在雷电防护措施及材质方面,哈国在接闪器的形式选择和布置方面更倾向于在油气站场采用独立接闪杆进行防护,而在防雷接地材料规格的选择上普遍低于中国标准。对于这个差别,在控制工程投资时应当引起注意。In this paper, the Kazakhstan's Lightning Protection Equipment Instruction for Structures and Facilities (CHPK 2.04-29-2005) was compared with China's Design Code for Protection of Structures against Lightning (GB 50057-2010). It is indicated that they are different in guiding ideology, lightning protection requirements classification of structures and lightning protection measures and materials. With respect to the guiding ideology, CH PK 2.04-29-2005 is constituted on the basis of the Protection of structures Against Lightning of traditional IEC 61024-1993 and French NFC17-1995 while GB 50057-2010 is based on Protection Against Lightning (IEC 62305). As for the lightning protection requirements classification of structures, both specifications are basically the same in terms of classification methods, but GB 50057-2010 is more stringent in value calculation. With regard to the lightning protection measures and materials, CHPK 2.04-29-20050 prefers independent lightning rods at oil/gas stations and it is generally junior in the specifications of lightning grounding materials. The difference should be considered carefully to control the engineering investment.
