摘  要:采用比例阀作为先导级的Valvistor阀,具有结构简单、成本低、通流能力大、压力损失小等优点,主阀流量是先导阀流量的线性放大,在工业领域中应用广泛。为了提高Valvistor阀的控制精度和可靠性,提出在Valvistor阀内部机械反馈通道的基础上叠加一个压力补偿阀,控制先导阀流量,进而控制主阀流量,并利用Simulation X对阀控制特性进行研究。结果表明,新设计的阀控制精度高、动静态响应特性好。The Valvistor valve using a proportional valve as the pilot has many advantages such as simple structure, low cost, large flow capacity, small pressure loss and so on, and has been used widely in industry. The flow rate of the main valve and pilot valve is linear proportional relationship. In order to improve the control precision and reliability of the designed Valvistor valve, a pressure compensation valve is used to control the pressure loss on the pilot valve as a constant value combined with the internal mechanical feedback channel to control the flow through the main valve. The performance of the designed valve is simulated with SimulationX, and the results show that the control precision, dynamic and static response characteristics of the new designed valve are good.
