油菜籽粒品质与磷素籽粒生产效率关系研究

摘  要:以98个甘蓝型常规油菜品种(系)为材料,采用大田试验,设置N1(施纯氮150 kg/hm2)和N0(不施氮肥)两个氮肥处理,采用组内最小平方和动态聚类方法对供试品种的磷素籽粒生产效率(PUEg)进行聚类(分为A、B、C、D、E五类),研究甘蓝型油菜磷素籽粒生产效率与籽粒蛋白质和油分含量的关系。相关分析结果表明,PUEg与蛋白质含量呈极显著负相关(rN0=-0.3746、rN1=-0.2672),与油分含量呈极显著正相关(rN0=0.4105、rN1=0.3670)。PUEg与油分总量之间表现为极显著正相关,N0和N1处理相关系数分别为0.4884和0.5432。随着PUEg增加,不同类型品种中油分含量和总量逐渐增加。增施氮肥后,籽粒蛋白质含量、总量的平均值均增加,油分含量平均值减小、总量平均值增加。Taking 98 conventional rapeseed ( Brassica napus L. ) varieties as materials, using field experiment and setting two nitrogen fertilizer treatment experiments, N1 ( pure nitrogen was 150 kg/hm2 ) and NO ( pure nitrogen was 0 kg/hm2 ), the relationship between phosphorus grain production efficiency ( PUEg ) and the content of protein and oil of B. napus L. was studied, the variety of tested rapeseed were classified into 5 types ( A, B, C, D, E ) based on PUEg by using the MinSSw method. The correlation analysis indicated that PUEg had a significantly negative correlation with protein content ( rN0 = -0.3746, rN1 = -0.2672 ) and an extremely significantly positive correlation with oil content ( rN0 = 0.4105, rN1 =0.3670 ) . PUEg had a significantly positive correlation with total amount of oil, the correlation coefficients of NO and N1 were 0.4884 and 0.5432 . With the increase of PUEg, the oil content and total amour of oil of different types all gradually increased. After applying nitrogen fertilizer, the content and average volume of protein increased , the mean of oil content reduced and the average volume of oil increased.
