摘 要:电荷层析成像(EST)与电容层析成像(ECT)传感器结构类似,便于集成双模成像系统,以拓宽单模态系统的测量范围,提高成像精度。通过设计合理的激励测量策略,即可利用双模态传感器分时测量电容信号与电荷信号,获取足够的有效测量信息,保证重建图像质量。设计合理的C/V,E/V转换电路和多路选通电路,并在FPGA硬件平台上通过软件控制实现ECT与EST信号的分时测量及进行不同激励测量模式的切换,得到更多的有效测量值。模拟实验结果表明:该方法可以实现不同激励测量模式的切换,获取双模态测量信息。The structure of electrostatic tomography( EST) sensor is similar with electrical capacitance tomography( ECT)sensor,making it convenient to construct ECT / EST dual modality system for the purpose of expanding the measurement range of single modality system and improving the quality of reconstructed images. Capacitance signal and electrostatic signal can be measured by the dual modality sensor at separated time by designing proper exciting-measuring strategies. Design of reasonable E / V,C / V conversion circuit and multi-channel gating circuit,and enough effective measurement information has to be obtained to reconstruct high-quality of images. Through program control on the platform of FPGA,separate-time measurement of ECT and EST signals and exciting-measuring strategy switching were implemented to get more effective measuring values. Experimental results show that the developed method can realize flexible switching between different exciting-measuring strategies,and obtain the desired dual-modality measurement information.
