摘 要:针对无线传感网络节点续航难题,提出了一种无线传感网络节点自取能的设计方案。该方案运用悬臂梁式压电发电结构,俘获环境能量;运用新型压电毫微功率能量收集电源芯片LTC3588-1和锂离子电池充放电管理芯片LTC4071搭建电路,进行能量收集与存储;运用低功耗MSP430单片机设计无线传感器节点,进行实际验证。结果表明:该方案结构简单,成本较低,满足低频振动环境下无线传感网络节点的数据采集和发送。A design scheme of wireless sensor network node self-powered was proposed in allusion to the problem of its lack of endurance. The cantilever beam structure of piezoelectric power generation was used to capture environment energy. New piezoelectric nano energy harvesting chip LTC3588- 1 and Lithium ion battery charge and discharge management chip LTC4071 were used to build the energy collection and storage circuit. Low-power MSP430 MCU was used to design wireless nodes. Through the actual verification,the results show that the scheme has the advantages of simple structure and low cost,which meet the data acquisition and transmission of wireless sensor network nodes in low frequency vibration environment.
