白硇砂与紫硇砂的研究概况

摘　　要：对中药白硇砂、紫硇砂在来源、成分、炮制、药理、毒理等方面的研究进展进行比较,为其深入研究和开发利用提供参考。白硇砂和紫硇砂二者主要成分不同,均有一定毒性,其中白硇砂毒性较大,但通过炮制可减毒。药理研究表明,硇砂提取物具有较好的抗肿瘤作用,且紫硇砂有一定抗炎作用,白硇砂则无此作用。白硇砂和紫硇砂是两种完全不同的药材,但一些文献在使用中未对其进行明确区分,或临床使用效果与药理实验结果相反。这两种药材的功效及其他方面的差异尚有待进行深入的研究。Analyze,compare and conclude the aspects of the origin,composition and processing,pharmacology and toxicology of white sal -ammoniac and halitum purpureum,provide a reference for further development and utilization.Through literature review, the main components of white sal -ammoniac and halitum purpureum are different.They both have certain toxicity,salmiacum and is stronger.Processing can reduce toxic substances.Sal ammoniae has antitumor effect which has been proved by tests pharmacological experiments.Moreover,halitum purpureum has anti -inflammatory effect,white sal -ammoniac does not.White sal -ammoniac and halitum purpureum are two completely different medicine,which has not been clearly defined by some literatures in use or the clinical results of them were in contrast with the experimental results.which needs further research.
