壮骨镇痛胶囊治疗原发性骨质疏松症骨痛临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察壮骨镇痛胶囊治疗原发性骨质疏松症骨的临床疗效。方法:选择40例原发性骨质疏松症骨痛患者,对照组20例应用钙尔奇D治疗,治疗组20例应用壮骨镇痛胶囊治疗,疗程均为2个月。并分别对两组治疗前后疼痛缓解情况(VAS评分)、骨密度指标、有效率、生化指标、用药安全性进行观察分析。结果:治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组组(P<0.05)。结论:壮骨镇痛胶囊能安全有效缓解原发性骨质疏松引发的疼痛。Objective To observe the curative effect of Zhuanggu Zhentong capsule on patients who suffered from pains which were caused by osteoporosis.Methods 40 patients of low back pain were treated with Zhuang gu zhen tong -Capsule,and 32 cases with. The course of the treatment is two months.Before and after the treatment,the pain （VAS score）,BMD,symptoms,laboratory pa-rameters and objective sign change data and medication safety were observed for the analysis.Results The clinical curative effect of Zhuang gu zhen tong Capsule is better than that of Gai erqi D.Conclusion Zhuanggu Zhentong Capsule can effectively enhance BMD and reduce the ache which is caused by osteoporosis.
