姚氏猪鬃宁血饮治疗血精症的临床体会

摘　　要：目的:观察云南昆明姚氏妇科流派经验方"姚氏猪鬃宁血饮"治疗血精症的临床疗效。方法:选择昆明圣爱中医馆血精症患者60例,随机分为两组。治疗组应用"姚氏猪鬃宁血饮"治疗,对照组应用左氧氟沙星片治疗,疗程1个月。治疗结束后对比两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率80.00%,对照组53.33%,两组总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血精症是临床常见的、具有难治性及反复发作性特点的男科疾病,其发生发展与男性性功能及生育水平密切相关,云南昆明姚氏妇科流派经验方"姚氏猪鬃宁血饮"治疗血精症临床疗效显著。Objective To observe the Yao Gynecological responsiblefor workshop in Yunnan Kunming “Yao’s maidenhairhemostasis de-coction”the treatment of hemospermia clinical effect.Methods 60 cases of hemospermia patients were randomly divided into two groups, therapy group,the application of “Yao’s maidenhairhemostasis decoction”and control group used levofloxacin tablets in the treatment.The course of treatment of a month.Results The total effective rate of treatment group 80%,control group 53.33%,the total effective rate of the two groups was significantly different,with statistical significance （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Hemospermia is clinical common,with refractory and recurrent episodes of male division disease,its development and male sexual function and fertility level is closely related to.The Yao Gy-necological responsiblefor workshop in Yunnan Kunming experience “Yao’s maidenhairhemostasis decoction”treatment hemospermia syn-drome clinical curative effect is remarkable.
