摘  要:以γ-Al_2O_3为载体,Cr_2O_3为活性组分,CuO和Ga_2O_3为助剂制备了负载型Cr系丙烷脱氢催化剂,考察了助剂CuO和Ga_2O_3对催化剂的活性、选择性和稳定性的影响。结果表明,CuO可以提高产物选择性和催化剂稳定性,但降低了催化剂的脱氢活性;Ga_2O_3的引入可以提高产物选择性,催化剂脱氢活性随Ga_2O_3负载量的增加先上升后降低;CuO和Ga_2O_3组合改性能够有效提高催化剂的脱氢活性、产物选择性和催化剂稳定性。采用X射线衍射、N_2物理吸附、NH_3程序升温脱附对不同助剂改性量催化剂的结构和酸性质进行表征分析,CuO和Ga_2O_3主要通过调变催化剂的酸性质来改善Cr系脱氢催化剂性能。Cr-based catalysts for propane dehydrogenation were prepared with γ-A12O3 as support, Cr2O3 as active component, and CuO and Ga2O3 as promoters. The effect of CuO and Ga2O3 promoters on catalytic performance for was investigated. Results show that the addition of CuO could increase the selectivity to propylene and improve the stability of catalyst, but decrease the activity of dehydrogenation; and the addition of Ga2O3 could increase the selectivity to propylene, but the dehydrogenation activity increases first and then decreases. The combination of CuO and Ga2O3 could effectively improve the dehydrogenation activity, product selectivity and catalyst stability. The modified catalysts were characterized by XRD, N2 physical adsorption and NH3-TPD, and results indicated that CuO and Ga2O3 mainly improve the performance of Cr-based dehydrogenation catalysts by adjusting the acidity of the catalyst.
