摘　　要："新就业人员"作为一类中低收入群体,在居住方面存在阶段性的困难,已成为我国住房保障体系中的"夹心层",亟需得到社会的关注。本文从城市规划的角度出发,以新就业人员聚居区的现状为基础,展开聚居区的重点预期分析,并与现实聚居空间进行分类比较和交叉分析,旨在发掘聚居区"预期-现实"之间的差异及其个体原因,从而为聚居区的改造策略提供依据。As an emerging group of low and middle income, newly employed graduates have periodic living difficulties, and have become the ＂sandwich＂ of China＇s housing security system, which calls for urgent social attention. Starting from the perspective of urban planning, this article is based on the status of settlement areas of newly- employed graduates, and expands the focused predictive analysis of settlement areas, and conducts classification comparison and cross-analysis with the reality of settlement spaces, aiming to explore the differences between ＂expectations-reality＂ of settlement areas and individual reasons, as well as providing a basis for further transformation strategies of the settlement areas.
