摘  要:对广西主要珍贵树种种质资源库中红锥(Castanopsis hystrix)种源、家系的早期生长性状及遗传变异进行研究,结果表明,种源间早期的树高、地径、冠幅生长有极显著的差异;树高、地径、冠幅的遗传力均在0.5以上,种源遗传变异丰富,改良潜力较大;树高、胸径、冠幅间存在显著或极显著的正向相关关系;种源地环境因子对红锥早期生长有一定的影响,海拔对树高、地径、冠幅有显著或极显著的负影响;综合分析显示广西南宁、广西浦北、广西岑溪种源早期生长性状表现较好。对表现较好的3个种源的55个家系聚类分析显示,早期生长性状最好有7个家系,可作为选育高产的目标加以特别注意;早期生长性状最差有1个家系,不可作为选育高产的目标。Early growth characters and genetic variations of Castanopsis hystrix from different provenances and families in Guangxi main precious species were studied. Results showed that there were significant variations among families from different provenances in height, basal diameter and crown width, heritability of which were above 0. 5, indicating abundant provenance genetic variations and high potential for germplasm improvement. Height, DBH and crown width were significant or very significant positive correlation. Environmental factors in provenances at some extent predetermined the early growth of Castanopsis hystrix, especially elevation, which had significant or very significant negative impact on tree height, basal ground and crown width. Comprehensive and Cenxi had higher growth performances. ances, 7 families with the best early growth sis, while one family with the worst growth analysis revealed that families originated from Nanning, Pubei Among 55 families from 3 provenances with better performcharacters were chosen as aims to high yield by cluster analycharacters was eliminated.
