摘  要:目的探索超声引导下臂丛神经阻滞的培训方法。方法选择规范化培训麻醉住院医师20名,随机分成两组(n=10):A组运用多媒体结合医学模拟教学,B组运用多媒体教学。对两组分别进行理论知识、操作技能和临床综合处理能力考核,评估教学效果。结果两组住院医师在年龄、性别、基础医学知识和理论成绩等方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组临床操作技能成绩优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床综合处理能力考核中,两组在病史采集、医患沟通、临床诊断和整体评价方面比较,A组成绩均优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多媒体教学复合医学模拟教学能够提高超声引导下臂丛神经阻滞的临床操作技能和临床综合处理能力。Objective It is explored that the training methods of ultrasound guided brachial plexus block teaching. Methods Anesthesia resident 20 of standardized training was selected, randomly divided into two groups: A group using multimedia combined with medical simulation teaching and B group using multimedia teaching.It was processed that two groups' theoretical knowledge, clinical skills and comprehensive skills assessment to evaluate teaching effectiveness. Results It was no difference that two groups resident in age, gender, basic medical knowledge and theoretical results etc(P〉0.05).The scores of clinical skills in A group were higher than B group(P〈0.05). A group results were better than group B in history taking, patient communication, clinical diagnosis, overall evaluation of the clinical comprehensive treatment ability assessment(P〈0.05). Conclusion Multimedia teaching combined with medical simulation teaching can significantly improve the clinical skills and clinical comprehensive treatment capacity of ultrasound guided brachial plexus block.
