摘  要:目的探讨拉萨市护士职业倦怠及相关因素分析。方法采用自制问卷调查表的方式进行,选取拉萨市3所医院300名护士作为问卷调查对象,统计分析问卷调查结果。结果在有效问卷227份中,有明确护士职业倦怠者占总数的15.86%。有相关性因素为性别、是否为独生子女、学历、夜班次数、职业认同度。结论提高职业认同度,增加对男护士、独生子女护士、高学历护士和夜班次数多的护士的关注或可降低护士的职业倦怠率。Objective To explore the occupational burnout and related factors of nurses in Lhasa city. Methods 300 nurses in 3 hospitals in Lhasa were selected as questionnaire, and the results were analyzed by using selfmade questionnaire. Results Among the 227 valid questionnaires, there were 15.86% of the total number of job burnout among nurses. There were correlation factors as gender, whether the only child, education, night shift, professional identity. Conclusion to improve the professional identity, to increase the attention of male nurses, only child nurses, highly educated nurses and the number of night shift nurses can reduce the rate of job burnout of nurses.
