摘 要:目的探讨品管圈和持续质量改进活动在监护室探视持续管理中的作用。方法成立品管圈(QCC小组),确立"以提高家属在非探视时间依从性"为主题,进行现况调查、找出原因、制定措施、组织实施,从而提高在重症监护室非探视时间的依从性。然后成立持续质量管理(CQI)小组,每2个月进行一次评价,持续1年,对结果与干预前和干预后3个月进行对比。结果干预3个月后及1年后与干预前比较有差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预后患者满意度及不良事件的发生率有显著改变(P<0.05)。结论品管圈及持续质量管理的活动,完善了监护室探视管理体系的建立,提高了医护人员人性化管理的意识,增加了医护人员交流沟通的能力,提高了护理质量。Objective To explore the role of quality control circle and continuous quality improvement activities in the continuous management of intensive care unit visits. Methods To set up quality control circle(QCC team), established "to improve the families in non visitation time compliance" as the theme, investigation of current status, find out the reasons, formulate measures, organization and implementation, so as to improve in the intensive care unit non visitation time compliance. Then set up a continuous quality management(CQI) group, each two months for an evaluation, for one year, the results were compared with the intervention before and after 3 months of intervention. Results After 3 months and 1 years after intervention, there were significant differences(P〈0.05), and the incidence of adverse events was significantly different(P〈0.05). Conclusion Quality pipe ring and continuous quality management activities, improve the care unit to visit the establishment of management system, improve the medical staff of the humanized management consciousness, increases the ability of medical staff communication, improve the quality of nursing.
