摘　　要：围绕学术期刊专栏出版与在线出版平台建设、期刊跨区域合作与协同创新,以及学术传播与学术评价、学术新媒体建设与学术服务功能拓展等内容进行专题学术研讨。由此,总结"中国高校系列专业期刊"建设经验,重建互联网时代学术传播的新秩序,利用新技术新应用创新学术传播方式,加强学术传播能力建设,通过跨区域合作和协同创新,推动学术期刊专业化、集约化、数字化转型及体系化发展,更好地服务于国家哲学社会科学创新工程建设,推动社会主义文化改革与繁荣发展。The following contents were discussed in the academic seminar： column publishing of academic journals and academic platform construction, cross-regional cooperation and collaborative innovation for academic journals, scholarly communication and academic evaluation, and academic construction of the new media and academic services. Experience of professional journals construction of Chinese universities was summarized. Based on this, a new order of scholarly communication would be reconstructed in the Internet era. Ways of scholarly communication can be innovated by using new technology and applications to strengthen scholarly communication.Moreover, cross-regional cooperation and collaborative innovation can promote academic journals to be more professional, intensive, digital and systematic. And then, academic journals can serve to construct the national philosophy and social science innovation and promote socialist cultural reform and development much better.
