摘　　要：为降低SZ36-1CEPN平台原油外输泵故障率以及维修成本,使其更适应该平台的输送流程,以达到降低故障率的目的,在保证螺杆泵原有功能的同时,对国外螺杆泵进行国产化改造,提出螺杆泵的国产化设计方案,介绍螺杆泵的使用环境以及选取原则,实际使用测试表明,方案可行。In order to reduce the failure rate and maintenance cost of the SZ36-1 CEPN platform, the original function of the screw pump was ensured, and the foreign screw pump was transformed into a suitable platform for reducing the failure rate. The design scheme of the screw pump was put forward. The use of the environment and the selection principle of the screw pump were introduced. The design scheme was proved to be feasible by practical operation.
