摘　　要：目的探讨疼痛性骨质疏松胸腰椎体压缩骨折患者的经皮椎体成形术(PVP)效果。方法选取疼痛性骨质疏松胸腰椎体压缩骨折患者80例,采用随机数表法将80例患者分为观察组和对照组各40例。给予观察组患者经皮椎体成形术治疗,给予对照组患者鲑鱼降钙素(密盖息)行保守治疗。对比分析2组患者在术前及术后第1天、第3天、1周、1月、3月、1年的腰背部疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)以及脊柱后凸Cobb's角,以及治疗前、治疗后1周、治疗后1月、治疗后半年、治疗后1年患者生活质量的变化情况。结果治疗后观察组患者的VAS评分和Cobb's角显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者的MCS差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者的PCS显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论采用经皮椎体成形术治疗疼痛性骨质疏松胸腰椎体压缩骨折能够有效缓解患者的痛苦,矫正后凸畸形并帮助恢复椎体高度,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty（ PVP） on treatment of patients with painful osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures. Methods A total of 80 patients with painful osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.Observation group was given PVP treatment,while control group was given salmon calcitonin（ dense cover interest）. Scores of VAS and Cobb＇s angle at the time points of before surgery,one day,three days,one week,one month,three months and one year after operation were compared between two groups,and the changes of quality of life at the time points of before treatment,one week,one month,six months and one year after operation were compared as well. Results After treatment,the VAS score and Cobb＇s angle in observation group were significantly lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,there was no significant difference of MCS between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）,but PCS in the observation group was significantly better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplasty can effectively alleviate the sufferings of patients with painful osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures,correct kyphosis and restore vertebral height,and it can improve the quality of life of patients.
