摘　　要：目的探讨视功能（VF）-生存质量（QOL）量表在白内障超声乳化手术质量评价中的作用。方法随访检查1 981例（2 240眼）白内障超声乳化术后6~24个月患者的日常生活视力。采用美国眼科研究所开发的VF-QOL量表进行问卷调查。结果本组病例平均VF得分为82.08±16.31,与视力等级、术前眼疾手术史有相关性。平均QOL得分为93.19±16.56,与视力等级有相关性。结论白内障超声乳化术后6~24个月患者的VF和QOL状况稳定。Objective To explore the role of visual function and quality of life scale（ VF/QOL） in the evaluation of phacoemulsification in patients with cataract. Methods A total of 1981 patients（ 2 240 eyes） with cataract were examined with daily life vision 6 to 24 months after phacoemulsification. VF / QOL questionnaire developed by National Eye Institute（ USA） was used.Results Average VF and QOL scores of patients were（ 82. 08 ± 16. 31） and（ 93. 19 ± 16. 56） respectively. The VF was correlated with visual grade and history of surgery on eye disease,and QOL was correlated with visual grade. Conclusion The status of VF and QOL of patients treated by cataract phacoemulsification at 6 months and 24 months after operation are stable.
