乌灵胶囊作为黛力新的增效剂治疗卒中后抑郁疗效的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的：系统评价乌灵胶囊作为黛力新的增效剂治疗卒中后抑郁（PSD）的疗效和安全性。方法系统检索 PubMed 、Cochrane 图书馆、万方医学网、中国知网、EMbase 和 Web of Science 等数据库中关于乌灵胶囊作为黛力新的增效剂治疗 PSD 疗效的随机对照试验（RCT ）。截止时间设定到2016年2月。两名评价员根据预先设定的标准独立地进行文献筛选和数据提取，Meta 分析使用 RevMan 5.2软件。结果共有11篇 RCT 符合纳入标准。 Meta 分析结果显示，与单用黛力新相比，乌灵胶囊联合黛力新能更好地降低抑郁评分（SM D ＝－1．72，95％ CI ＝－2．08～－1．36，P ＜0．01）和神经功能缺损评分（SM D ＝－1．27，95％ CI ＝－1．80～－0．74，P ＜0．01），总有效率更高（RR ＝1．12，95％ CI ＝1．05～1．19，P ＜0．01），且不良反应更少（RR ＝0．54，95％ CI ＝0．35～0．83，P ＜0．01）。结论乌灵胶囊作为增效剂能显著提高黛力新治疗 PSD 的疗效，且安全性更好。Objective To systematically assess the efficacy and safety of wuling capsul as synergist for deanxit on post stroke depression （PSD） .Methods The randomized controlled trial（RCT ） of wuling capsule as synergist for deanxit on PSD were retrieved systematically in PubMed ,Cochrane Li-brary ,Wanfang ,CNKI ,EMbase and Web of Science databases .The deadline was seted by February 2016 . Two reviewers screened the literature and data extraction according to preset criteria independently .RevMan 5 .2 was used to do meta - analysis .Results Totally ,eleven RCTs were included . Meta - analysis showed that ,compared with the single - use deanxit ,wuling capsule with deanxit could better able to reduce depression score （SM D = - 1 .72 ,95% CI = - 2 .08- - 1 .36 ,P 〈 0 .01） and neuro-logical deficit score （SM D = - 1 .27 ,95% CI = - 1 .80- - 0 .74 ,P 〈 0 .01） ,to get a higher total efficien-cy （RR = 1 .12 ,95% CI = 1 .05 - 1 .19 ,P 〈 0 .01） and fewer adverse reactions （RR = 0 .54 ,95% CI =0.35 - 0 .83 ,P 〈 0 .01） .Conclusions Wuling capulse as a synergist can significantly improve the efficacy of deanxit on treating PSD and better security .
