摘　　要：病案管理环节包括病案回收、催补、病案首页编码录入、质量监控、归档、保管、借阅、复印等,在缺乏完善的病案管理系统、人力资源相对不足的前提下,提示单的使用让病案管理各环节顺畅、简洁、明了:下病房回收病案快;催补高效、有据可依;质控同质性高、统计方便、反馈快速;按时归档率取得突破性提高;复印快速、高效;病案借阅及病案科日常交接班书写简便快捷、提示醒目;医务人员及患者对病案科工作满意度较大幅度提高。以方便临床、减少差错、力求创新为指导思想积极制作适用于病案管理环节中的提示单并投入使用,对提高医院病案管理工作效率能起到较大的促进作用。The link of medical record management including record recovery,the front page coding,quality control,and repair,filing,storage,borrowing,and copying.Under the premise of the lack of perfect medical record management system,human resources are relatively insufficient,use the checklist to manageall links：recycling records quickly,efficient,and evidence-based;quality control with high homogeneity,statistical convenient,rapid feedback;filed on time rate to obtain a breakthrough improvement;copy quickly and efficiently;borrow medical record and medical record department daily handover class writing is simple,convenient,fast,eye-catching;The satisfactionof medical staff and patients to medical record department job is greatly improved.To make the list and put into use in the process of the production of medical records management,can improve the efficiency of the hospital medical record management.
