品管圈在输血治疗知情同意书管理工作中的应用

摘　　要：目的通过对410份输血治疗知情同意书的质量分析,探讨品管圈(QCC)活动在输血治疗知情同意书管理工作中的应用效果。方法科员自愿参加组成品管圈,通过评价法确定该次活动主题为"降低输血治疗知情同意书不合格率",小组活动遵循PDCA循环,严格按照QCC活动的十个步骤进行,对活动前的输血治疗知情同意书进行统计分析,计算出不合格率,通过要因分析制定出相应对策并组织实施。结果此次品管圈活动后,输血治疗知情同意书不合格率由之前的12.1%下降至2.6%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过运用品管圈的管理手法,降低了某院输血知情同意书不合格率,提高了圈员们的管理能力、团队协作能力、自信心,工作热情以及品管手法的应用能力,并有效提高了输血科在临床用血管理工作中的管理能力。Objective Through the analysis of the quality of the informed consent of the 410 blood transfusion treatment,to explore the application effect of quality control circle（QCC） activities in the management of informed consent in blood transfusion therapy.Methods Staff voluntarily participate in the QCC composition,Through the evaluation method to determine the theme of this activity is to reduce the blood transfusion treatment of informed consent＂,group activities follow the PDCA cycle,strictly according to the ten steps of QCC activities,the activities of the per-informed consent of the blood transfusion treatment for statistical analysis,calculated the rate of failure.Through the analysis of the corresponding measures to develop and organize the implementation.Results The quality control circle activity,the blood transfusion treatment informed consent of the unqualified rate dropped from 12.1% to 3.1%,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Through the use of quality control circle management practices and reduce the blood transfusion in the hospital informed consent is not qualified rate,improve the ring members of management ability,team cooperation ability,self-confidence,enthusiasm for work and quality control technique application ability,and effectively improve the blood transfusion in clinical use in the management of blood management ability.
