摘　　要：胸主动脉瘤是一类病情相当凶险,死亡率很高的疾病。近年治疗胸主动脉瘤的微创化术式较多,经典的开放式手术也在不断改良创新,此类手术方式复杂多样。文中归纳当前胸主动脉瘤的治疗方法,总结各种手术操作方式的分类要点:开放式手术一般以胸主动脉部分切除伴置换术38.45为主要手术,主导词用"血管切除术";经皮主动脉腔内隔绝术一般以经皮胸主动脉支架置入术39.73为主要操作,主导词用"插入";杂交手术一般以(主动脉)(-锁骨下)(-颈动脉)搭桥术39.22为主要手术,主导词用"旁路"。通过实例进行编码分析,以供编码人员在进行此类手术分类时参考。Thoracic aortic aneurysm is a kind of very dangerous,very high mortality disease.Recent years minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of thoracic aortic aneurysm are more popular,meanwhile,classical open surgery also in innovation and continuous improvement,this kind of operation complex and diverse.In this paper,to sum up the current treatment methods of thoracic aortic aneurysm,summarize the main points of classification of various surgical operation methods.For example：Open surgery is generally performed with partial resection of thoracic aorta with replacement surgery（38.45） as the main operation,the leading word is ＂excision of vessel＂.TEVAR is generally performed with Endovascular implantation of graft in thoracic aorta（39.73） as the main operation,the leading word is ＂insertion＂.Hybrid operation is generally performed with Aorta-subclavian-carotid bypass（39.22） as the main operation,the leading word is ＂bypass＂.Provide a reference for coding personnel in the classification of such operations by analyzing examples coding.
