子宫肌瘤住院费用构成及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析子宫肌瘤患者住院费用的构成及影响因素,为合理控制医疗费用提供参考。方法收集某院2015年1月-12月间出院的子宫肌瘤住院病例1796例,采用描述性分析、单因素方差分析、多元线性回归方法分析住院费用的构成和影响因素。结果子宫肌瘤患者住院费用构成中排列前三的是:材料费34.39%、药品费25.74%、手术费20.69%。多因素结果分析显示住院天数、术前住院日、手术方式、手术数量、诊断数量、付费方式与住院费用显著相关。结论子宫肌瘤住院费用中材料费、药品费是主要部分,住院天数是主要影响因素。Objective To analyze the composition and influential factors of hospitalization expenses for hysteromyoma in order to provide reference for controlling medical expenses.Methods 1796 medical records of uterine fibroids were collected from the hospital from January 2015 to December 2015.The statistical methods of descriptive analysis,ANOVA and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the composition and influential factors of hospitalization costs.Results The top 3 of hospitalization expenses is material costs 34.39%,followed by drug costs 25.74%,the third is operation fee 20.69%.Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the length of stay,preoperative days,operative methods,the number of Operation,diagnostic quantity and the cost of hospitalization were significantly correlated.Conclusions The major part of hospitalization expenses of uterine fibroids are material cost and drug fee,and the length of hospital stay is the main influence factor.
