摘　　要：目的通过分析某三级甲等医院患者构成及来源,以了解医院服务范围,确定医院服务重心。方法利用HIS系统调出2015年出院的117 032例患者的基本信息,对年龄、职业、费别及患者来源等构成情况进行统计分析。结果住院患者男女性别比为1.29:1;60岁以上年龄组占住院患者比例最高,占33.11%;农民占43.98%;从患者来源看,陕西省西安市占40.62%,陕西省其它地区占38.05%,其它省市占21.33%,西安市住院患者中来自灞桥区的最多,占27.26%;职工医保占西安市患者比例最高,占37.17%。结论医院应根据患者构成和来源情况,树立由内向外的发展策略,注重学科建设,发挥专科优势,做好对外宣传并加强基层合作,及时调整内部结构,以促进医院健康、持续发展。Objective To analyze the construction and the resource of patients in a three level first-class hospital,to investigate the scopes of hospital services and to determine the service emphasis.Methods Use HIS system to call out the cases with basic information of 117032 patients leaving in 2015,and then we account as well as analyze those information which includes age,occupation,charge and region etc.Results The gender ratio between male and female is 1.29：1;the group of patients above 60 years old occupies the highest percentage,which is 33.11%;peasants are accounted for 43.98%.Seen form the region of the patients come form,Xi’an is accounted for 40.62%;other regions in Shanxi occupies 38.05%;and other provinces occupy the left 21.33%.Most patients in Xi’an are from Baqiao and the percentage is 27.26%;patients with employee’s medical insurance are accounted for 31.17% which is the highest.Conclusion Hospitals should build up an inside-out development strategy according to the construction and resources of patients;should pay attention to discipline construction;should exert advantages in different departments;should pay efforts on propaganda work and enhance the primary cooperation;and should adjust interior construction in time to keep the health and development the hospital.
